The art of creating designs with milk and espresso. When poured correctly, perfectly foamed milk can glide across the surface of espresso, forming white areas which are manipulated by waves and flicks of the milk pitcher. A wonderful example is found on Youtube. Nearly every drink (not all because we're not perfect) created by Allegria will display latte art. | | |
